Kevin Eastman is a former NBA World Champion coach and a sought-after leadership speaker. He has proven how to create leaders on and off the court. Kevin has encouraged international corporate executives, professional and collegiate coaches and athletes. Living his life based on The Golden Rule, Kevin has a passionate desire to see people reach their fullest potential. His message will encourage you to impact and inspire others that you lead.

Kevin Eastman was a three-year starter on the University of Richmond basketball team and scored a career 1,162 points and is in the UR Hall of Fame. He served as Athletic Director at Randolph-Macon College from 2002-03 and coached at Virginia Commonwealth.
Kevin coached 15 years in the NBA including as an Assistant Coach with the Boston Celtics from 2004-13 where he helped the Celtics win the NBA World Championship in 2008. He was also an Assistant Coach and VP of Operations for the Los Angeles Clippers from 2013-16.
Kevin has been a consultant to Nike Elite Basketball and has worked with or coached All-Stars including Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, Steph Curry, and Kevin Durant.
